If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible place! I wasn't going to post a review until I noticed that the only positive reviews are from herself and her family. She's Laura, her mom is Judy, and I believe Chris is her boyfriend/husband. This is typical Laura, attempting to manipulate people!

We are currently using Cozy Home Care to take care of my mom. We have two CNA's that help her. We are happy that we have only the two ladies on a regular basis. They are knowledgeable about my moms needs especially in regard to her dementia. Mom can be a little challenging in the evening. I recommend Cozy Home Care because the owner works directly with us. It's a smaller, private organization, you can tell because she is involved in our care with my Mom and knows our entire family on a first name basis. Cozy Home Care bills our long term care insurance for us too. She deals with that aspect for our reimbursement so I don't have to worry about it. I like that. Two thumbs up!

Ms Herrington verbally told me her caregiver would be at my mother's apartment by 7:30 pm. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. My mom fell and had to be taken to the emergency room.
I certainly do not recommend her services.
