Bellaire Home Health Care is founded and locally owned by Dr. Eric Waites Dawn Le and Jeni Hong Anh Nguyen in 2008. Both owners wanted to open a home health agency to service and educate the elderly community about their health and their Medicare/Medicaid benefits. Our agency is a home and community support services agency licensed by State of Texas and accredited with Joint Commission. We offer professional services designed to accommodate the needs of each patient according to the plan of care and the patient's primary care physician.
