My 84 year old father was a hospice resident on the memory care floor at Bayberry. He was brutally attacked by another resident while in his bathroom. We did not hear about the attack until 9 hours later and then not told about severity of attack. We asked for meeting with Executive Director but she refused.We called police to go to Bayberry to get a statement about the attack but Executive Director also refused to give information to police. Massachusetts Elder Affairs is investigating.

We have found a home away from home for our parents! I can't believe in this crazy world we are living in, we actually found a place we have researched that is safe and clean!

My Mom has never been so happy! Moving into Bayberry has had such a positive impact on her life and I am so glad we made the decision to move her into such a wonderful place. Shoutout to all the staff for making it such a great place to live!

My parents are here and are happy. It is a beautiful place! The employees are always attentive and kind. Super clean. Great care, nurses and aides are so nice and caring. Chef Victor's food is delicious and they have lots of fresh seafood. My parents had lobster rolls the other day! Highly recommend if you're looking

Food is a hit or miss, facility looks nice outside but inside is not. Lacking management in every area.

This could be a lovely place if the proper people ran it.my parents are having to leave,resulting in earlier than needed,nursing home placement for my beautiful.father.all the help adam,the director at this facilitu,allegedly promised my mom when she was meeting with them,were not lived up to.brenda,a nurse has wreaked alleged havoc on both my parents.my father entered bayberry in june walking and is niw wheelchair bound ,shunned by staff.staff,btw,consists of primarily young cna_s. Many who are more concerned with their newest body peircings,which they show guests or mingling. This is not the place to be if you need personal care.if you just want a pretty place to live and have meals you may do ok here.rn_s are available days only but do not take vitals or concern themselves with health matters.
