Vets take an oath to save lives, not kill. You also are taught protocols and procedures in how to handle different situations. In this case of Candy Apple, you did neither. This dog survived the NYCACC only to be killed at the hands of a vet who could have resolved this situation. The rescue would have taken her back if only they were asked. I don't know about TN but in VA this is called protocol and courtesy to the rescue. The dog wasn't even in TN 24 hours. Shame on you. Karma.
