Primary Caregiver: Each 1776 client is carefully matched with a primary caregiver who develops a care plan and provides the client with compassionate, professional care.

Supervisor: Our supervisors provide a checks and balances system, to ensure that the client s primary caregiver is meeting and exceeding his or her needs.

Scheduler: Our schedulers are a vital part of each client s care team. Your scheduler will make certain that your loved one receives the care he or she needs on time every time, and will work to make arrangements to schedule another caregiver should the primary caregiver not be able to make it due to illness.

Nurse: Our nurses ensure prompt attention to any changing medical needs, and will coordinate with the care team to inform your family and physician of any health concerns or care changes.
