This company is little more than one woman who does not have the time to fulfill what she agreed to when advertising on Groupon. I had to contact her repeatedly to try to schedule an appointment, at which point she told me that she was booked for the next two months. I told her that that was not going to work, so she offered me one date and time a month from now. I said that I could make it work but that I was going to have to change appointments to make it work so it needed to definitely happen at that time. At this point she got rude and started lecturing me that I apparently shouldn't have said that for some odd reason. Maybe she routinely can't keep appointments, I don't know. At any rate, she started threatening me. Now I have to try to get a refund. There are so many cleaning companies out there. Don't use this one.
