As a retired Wellness Chiropractor, I have expertise in creating and helping with exercise programs, physical therapy exercises and experience working with and helping people with strategies for anxiety and stress issues. I can also offer pre doctor visit preparation, where we sit together and create a question and concern list, so that when leaving the office, they feel at ease knowing all of their questions were answered. I have been working with kids in many different aspects of life from babysitting to teaching swim lessons to summer camp and so on. It is one of my all time favorite things to do. I have been babysitting for over 10 years now for all ages from newborn to teenager! Before starting Chiropractic school, I worked at a YMCA, running swim lessons and directing summer camp.
