After failing in education in Kissimmee I tried to transfer my daughter to Ocoee and that was a nightmare. Never answered the phone, leaving vm was worthless because they never returned calls. When I was finally able to get in touch with the director of the center William (2 months later) He was the most unprofessional and rude person EVER. After requesting to cancel the program because it did not work for my daughter and 2 months already passed and I was not able to communicate with the center, He was so rude and said NO REFUNDS and hung up on me, called back to request to speak to a supervisor and William denied this info and hung up on me again! Beware of this center and the quality of education, my daughter was hand out an iPad and left on her own, that's not what I paid 6k for. Never recommending this place to anyone
