I have used Vanity for over a year now and I am very pleased with the service I receive each week. I have two dogs and hardwood floors and they look fantastic when I come home on Wednesdays. They are an excellent company with a fabulous cleaning team and would recommend them to anyone! I only wish I could have them twice a week.

I have to say I have actually never had a better housecleaning service! Regina and the ladies that work for her are punctual, courteous and thorough! I have had lots of experience with housecleaning services and this one delivers. I can't say a single bad thing about them and if I ever was not satisfied I know Regina would want to know and it would be handled appropriately. Don't hesitate to give this company a try. Mondays are my fave day of the week because of vanity cleaning!

Regina and her resources did a decent job at cleaning our house. They were punctual, nice, but lacked the thoroughness I was used to. There were also marks on the floor, a broken sculpture that she planned to reimburse for, and a picture that was broken. I was a bit disappointed that the floors weren't much cleaner and felt I should have stayed during the entire cleaning instead of leaving for an appointment. Additionally, I was quite concerned of how the sculpture got broken since it was in an obvious place. In any event, Regina planned to reimburse for the sculpture and I plan to give them another chance. I think they could do a really good job with less rushing and more attention to detail.
I will write another updated review once they clean for me again. First time wasn't the best and hoping next time will wow me. :)
