Put in a complaint to the State. The man named Mahaja who is in charge of the CEDA is Incompetent. He sent the wrong documents to the State and I only found out because I had to follow up with the State. He refused to give me a phone number to follow up, so I had to find out on my own. I spent three hours there filling out paperwork he gave me and it was all the wrong paperwork. They were having a party in the office, eating food, drinking, and not paying attention to the people who were sent there in need. This place is a joke. They are in the middle of investigating numerous complaints about this location. Be weary

Worst experience in my working history: every time you call them, nobody picks the phone till 10 am, and soon after there is a voice mail: you can not leave a voice mail as the mailbox is full. Also, Mrs Fatima NEVER calls you back no matter what you need to ask her, nor is she making you payment on time(her drawer is full of checks not given to us caregivers), and if you complain- nobody does anything. But they do make possible fraud, having caregivers :on books only" sharing wages 50:50% or even worse, This is many-years practice...never there again !
