"When my Mom was released from the hospital, and it was clear that she would need 24/7 care, all it took was a call to New Outlook Homecare. Pearly Evans promised there would be someone to meet us at Mom's assisted living facility and there was. Pearly and her staff cared for my Mom for four months around the clock and we were confident that she was receiving excellent care. Her care was compassionate, caring, and Mom was kept comfortable until the very end. We will always be grateful to Pearly and her staff."

"We hired New Outlook through Traditions of Dedham to provide 24-hour care for our mother when she came out of the hospital. At the time, we did not know how long your services would be needed and it turned out to be just one week. But in that time, the caring and sensitivity that was shown to her and to us was extraordinary. Betty Anne was the most attentive and amazing caretaker we could have ever hoped for. She called us the morning our mother died to tell us she had taken a turn and that we might want to come and be with her. It was comforting to us to have our mother die in her own room with such wonderful care from Betty and from hospice.

We very much appreciate everything that was done for our mother and for us. Thank you."

"On behalf of Nina McCain and many friends, I thank you for your assistance with her care. The Falls became her home, and the staff there became her family. We were so fortunate to find an agency that could work closely with the staff and provide the level of care we needed through the nighttime hours. We especially appreciate your efficiency and the fact that you were able to meet our needs on short notice. While it is very difficult to lose our dear friend, Nina, we are thankful that with your help we were able to provide her with excellent care for the last chapter of her life."

"I am writing you all to share a gift of a person we had to take care of mom in the last weeks of her life. Pearly Evans has been working in the Senior Care industry for over 30 years. Her company, New Outlook Home Care was established in 2001. They are licensed and bonded by the Mass. Dept. of Labor and registered with many associations in Massachusetts. Pearly is a second to none care giver. Her commitment, respect and love of her patients is palpable. The attention that our mom, Helen received gave all family members the peace of mind we needed that mom was going to be well loved and cared for. We only wish we had made the decision to bring Pearly on board sooner."
