It has been a genuine pleasure and blessing to have Sasha care for my father as he recovered from a severe illness this winter. As a certified caregiver she is extremely capable. Sasha brings all the necessary skills to bear for those she is caring for: she is patient, professional, compassionate, strong, and excellent at communicating with my father and our family. She has the kind of skills and expertise that make her very effective and a joy to work with. Her personable demeanor and optimistic attitude are keenly felt and help maintain a calm and pleasant atmosphere. After having multiple Caregivers not working out, either not showing up or doesn't know how to care for my Dad, I was beginning to think I may have to put him in an Assisted Living. A friend of a my Aunt gave me Sasha number and said call her, she helped me with my Mom when she was in late stage of Cancer.

My experience with Merlexa Senior Care Services and Sasha has been nothing short of exceptional. As my father was diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson, finding the right care provider was crucial, and Sasha and her team surpassed all expectations.

From the initial consultation, Sasha was very easy to talk to, she took the time to understand what we were looking for, she interacts with my Dad and he instantly had a connection with her. She created a personalized Care plan specific to my Dad needs and personally worked with my Dad and trained the Caregivers that was going to Care for him, I saw how that helped the Caregivers to provide care and support necessary for a comfortable life at home.


One of the standout features of Merlexa is the professionalism and expertise of their caregivers. Each one of them provide genuine passion for my Dad, displaying patience and kindness in every interaction. They went above and beyond to establish a rapport with my father, creating a warm and supportive environment that contributed significantly to his overall well-being. My Dad is doing so great now, such a huge turn around. His smile is back!!

My mother was diagnosed with dementia eight years ago. My father took care of her at home while he was still living. He sadly passed away July 28, 2021. Fortunately, I had become POA for the both of them before they became ill. After my father passed, I was not able to take care of her so I had to make the difficult decision to put her in an assistant living home, and this is where I met Sasha Clarke.
The first time I saw Sasha interact with my mom I could see an instant connection between the two of them. Sasha was so caring and so observant of her needs. She was patient and so kind with her, as she was with me. She was very aware that this was not an easy decision for me, and just seeing how she was with my mom brought me so much comfort in knowing that she would be the one to care for her.
I will never forget the first morning of her stay at her new home when Sasha sent me a picture of her sitting at the dining room table having her breakfast. I burst into tears because my mom had not been out of bed in two years! Sasha worked with her every single day and built her strength!
Being your moms POA is a HUGE responsibility, and I could not have found a better person to take care for her. Sasha treats my mom as if she were her own. I can never thank her enough, so for my mom and I, she is family.

I would highly recommend Sasha. She assisted my Mom with not only the normal care giving duties but treated my Mom with compassion and was very interested in providing the best level of care to my Mom. My Mom loves her and always looked forward to when it was Sasha's shift.
She was always on time, very clean in appearance, and was a welcoming presence when she was in our home.
Sasha was a top notch care giver for sure.
