The company seemed great. I hired them for a full deep clean for our move out. After 3 hours they left, I got home and they had not cleaned the tops of the fridge, or wiped the appliances or in the drawers or cabinets. The windows were so dirty and the window sills weren't touched neither were the baseboards. There was Dirty shoe prints on the tiles and they were suppose to carpet clean and some areas were not even vacuumed. They asked me to send them help over and I got a friend to help, they refused to pay her until I wrote a bad review then they finally paid her 2 days later. They refused to refund me, and I almost lost the sale of my house, the buyers made me give them extra money to close since the condition of the cleaning was so poor. I hate it for this company but they should have done the right thing the first time and came back and fixed it when I gave them the chance, or at least reimbursed me for 1/2 if the fee I was asking for since they did a terrible job. Not to mention one lady was in PJ's and had 3 of her kids with her cleaning. Again, its hard to leave a bad review on a local business but I was counting on this for my sale and it was an awful experience I do not want any one else to encounter.
