LRN Tutoring Academy, LLC is a full-service academic coaching organization, established to meet students growing educational needs with one-on-one tutoring and coaching from one of our friendly, knowledgeable staff members.
Sister and brother team, Lindsay Nussbaum and Ryan Nussbaum, formally established LRN Tutoring Academy in 2015; however, the business truly began under the name Longhorn Tutoring, LLC in 2008 in Rochester, New York. Lindsay recognized the need for a private tutoring service in the area, and took her classroom-teaching skills into the schools and homes of her students; the business grew and flourished.
Having several teachers in the family, teaching is something that comes naturally to the Nussbaum siblings. Their tutoring and mentoring processes enhance students' self-knowledge, empowers their goal setting, and clarifies their values, making it easy to see how their reputations for helping students reach their goals has spread around town.
