My dad had the BEST caregivers. I felt Joy Clark listened well to our needs/requirements and chose well qualified caregivers. I can't thank Joy and her staff enough for the care my dad received.

super hurtful and bad practices. joy, the owner was very nice in the home visit nd introduction said she had a line up of qulified nurses and it turns out he was calling the same people i was on craigslist. additionally, the caregivers that work with her say she is dishonest with the payment. she has owed me money for over a year now and will not respond to any of my calls or emails. it's unfortunate that she would take advantage of such a vulnerable position. horrible experience....

I wanted to give you my sincerest thanks for your hourly care services for driving and assistance to all my medical appointments to even the small errands that I must take care of. Although I live in a retirement facility, I depend on your services to get to my many different medical appointments, including eye procedures, eye fittings, follow-up appointments, MRI and several small, but significant errands. You have been so accomodating when I have called to set up a time for pick-up and you have always been dependable.

Dennis is so knowledgable of the city of San Francisco, I truly enjoy the scenic drives getting to my appointments whenever we have the time to enjoy the drive. Joy, you have always carefully assisted me from my front door to my appointments, our conversations make the time go by as we wait in waiting rooms. I love the level of quality you provide in assisting senior folks to important engagement. You have been efficient in all areas above and I know that I can always count on you whenever I need assistance.

As you know, my brother, sister and I badly needed help with our mother because neither my sister and I live in the Bay Area and my brother, who does live in San Francisco, is the sole support of his family and has an enormously demanding job. The notes you sent to us after having helped Margaret get to and from her appointments were enormously helpful to me, the child of a fragile, elderly person. I always felt reassured after getting your reports on how she did when she was with you. So your services benefited not just our mother, but also her children. Lighthouse Caregivers have provided my grandmother with 24 hour care for the past three years. Joy and her staff have provided exceptional care and are professional and attentive to accommodate my grandmother's daily needs. Joy has supported us with medical care, grocery shopping, and doctors' appointments. Joy is professional, personable, and genuinely cares about the elderly.
