Very pleased overall.
Initial contact with the office was pleasant and informative. First cleaning took longer than anticipated but we were able to establish a routine for subsequent visits. I have an over 5000 sq.ft home occupied by 3 adults and one dog.. While we don't use every room between the maids visits obviously there are areas like kitchen that can get messy in no time .
I like that they value my time and don't make me wait for them wondering what happened.
Instead if they're running late, I get a phone call from the ofiice asking if this is still OK for them to come
30 minut later than planned or I want to reschedule.
Overall very pleased with both the quality of the work and the ladies who are doing it.
