The cleaner was pleasant and personable but she did a terrible job. Nothing was cleaned properly. When she was finished I had her redo the tub and shower because those were the most important to me. They were still not clean. I didn't have the headspace to ask her to redo everything. A whole bathroom was never even touched. The floors were not mopped. When I told the owner she apologized and offered no recourse. I will not be using this company again. The frustration is real. I still need to clean my whole house. I used the service because I needed help. This was not that. I will not be returning.
