Excellent company. ELS provides personalized, professional, caring support for their clients. My daughter has been living in an ELS group home for over five years, and it is the best care she has ever received.

Awful place to work! The owners don't care about their employees at all. The only care about themselves their bottom line and what vacation they're going to take next. They have a huge turnover because they treat their employees like garbage, even their one or two long-term employees. The owners are gone every other month on a vacation, which you would think would make them happy but they are always complaining about how everything is so awful for them. These people do not know how to run a business!!
