Well Michael, I believe there's more to what you are saying...I have worked with Angels in Waiting for the past 10 years and they have GREAT HHA's and PCA's...ones who care and love doing their jobs...but not only that...they love their clients...do you know by law they aren't suppose to get "attached" to their clients? BUT they do! and when they leave this world honey...they are truly missed by this company and their "workers" I have lost someone dear to my heart and have had their support and love. You must not have had the right HHA for your mom...and people are not handicapped! they are people who have disabilities...so your mom has a (or many) disability(s). Oh and if you saw your mom's house so dirty...pick it up! or hire a cleaning company...that's one conception people get wrong HHA's are not there to clean up a house! They are there to help and assist your family member 1st then if they are assigned more hours and have enough time scheduled they clean...do you want them having an eye on your mom or the kitchen floor while your mom falls on it! Just saying HHA's and PCA's are so unappreciated and so underpaid for what they do...Michael think about what they REALLY DO>>>>have you ever done their job!!!! Apparently not since your mom and house are still dirty! I am sorry if this offends anyone but negative remarks about this company get me mad! They have been so kind, caring and understanding to me and my mom! Thank you! ;) you know who you are! BlessesSent2U

I have recently switched home health care companies and switched to Angel's In Waiting for my brother. We have been using companies like this for 20 years and thus far this is by far the best company we have found. You will never find a home health care company that is perfect but Angel's is the closest that you will find to it. When I speak to the office they really do seem to care and try to accommodate our needs. The regular nursing assistant that comes in the house right now has been the quickest to catch on to the tasks required and puts the patient first (as it should be this way). I am very happy that we made this change and wish I would have made this change sooner. I can't believe the other negative reviews I read and I am sure that there is more to that story. The office is open to discussion whether good or bad. I would recommend this company to anyone that is thinking about using their services.

Worst service. Aides don't do their job and when my mom called to complain they got an attitude with her and said there was nothing they could do about it and she had to deal with it. My mom is 59 years old and handicap. No reason for her house to be dirty or not be bathed. I have a lawyer working on it now because they won't talk to my mom anymore.
