Wow! I have never come across such lack of integrity in my life! The 'owner'? Joanne/Josephine/Joan (goes by many different names), was caught in several lies to me during the 5 days of service she provided, including tonight, when my father is quite possibly passing to the other side, she filed a report with the police stating I was giving him too much medication. He is in Hospice. I called, was given instructions about what he could have, and gave it to him. So no wrong there. But the worst part is that she, and caregiver MG/MaryGrace/Aggies (again, goes by many names) DENIED calling the police!!!!!!! I have no idea who Froiland Santos (male) is, but apparently he was part of the report as well. The police gladly gave me all of this information because they could tell I did nothing wrong, and, they could tell I was baffled that people could so willingly LIE! These are awful humans and I would stay far away from them. I came to lie next to my daddy who I love from the bottom of my heartnto help him pass to the other side, and instead I have had to deal with this tonight. SHAME ON YOU - THIS DOES NOT SEEM LIKE 'AMAZING CARE' to me! PS: I had to outright fire 2 caregivers from this agency for incompetence (giving my dad a pill with no water and walking away, leaving morphine within his reach, moving my dad with such force he screamed in pain, not answering my dad's questions...the list goes on...stay far away!!!!!!
