Align is a wonderful agency. I was caregiver & best friend to my former husband who had COPD and CHF. The communication with the agency was second to none. When "Bud" needed extra care above his normal schedule, they were always ready to provide that care. They matched him up with a wonderful lady who also cooked for him and provided wonderful friendship as well. She was great with getting him to check his blood pressure, oxygen level and weight each day and keeping a log for me. If anything was unusual with his health or actions, they would notify me immediately. If at anytime a substitute was needed when his normal lady had an emergency, they provided another good person who was introduced to him first by someone from Align whom he had met before. When he was sick in the hospital during the month before he passed away, he was mentioning his aide and looking forward to her coming back to his home and fixing him pork chops. The staff at Align are caring people and do great to make the home care services the best we could ask for. When we notified Align that he had passed, they were very caring and also sent flowers to the funeral home. Thank you so much to Align: Judy, Nicole, Josh and others.
