While they did a good job cleaning, i would not recommend them as they overcharged based on their quote, told me they would reimburse, which they didnt and then would not honor the quote for biweekly cleaning or return calls...unprofessional

This company left me stranded! I have been trying to find a reliable cleaning service for the past six months. The initial impressions signing up with this company for service was great. The online sign up process and chat feature to answer questions was great. I signed up for a monthly ongoing service. During the chat with their representative I was very clear that the first service date scheduled was an important date. I had a large party I was planning and out of town guests arriving. The representative assured me that it would not be a problem as they had back up crews in place if needed. I received email reminders of the appointment in advance. Very professional upfront. THE DAY OF SERVICE: 30 minutes after their scheduled arrival time, I received an email from the owner stating they needed to reschedule to the next day and they would give me a 10% discount for the rescheduling. . Not a phone call, but an email. I called and had to leave a message to speak with him. When Steve (Owner) called back I explained how important that this schedule was and didn't care if they came at 8:00 that night, as long as we could get it done. He said he would see what he could do. I re-arranged my schedule, gave him my cell # so that he could reach me. I left two messages during the day and sent emails while the owner maintained radio silence for the rest of the day; then finally received and email (not a phone call) that they weren't coming today with an apology. Needless to say, they left me stranded. The following week, I sent an email to the owner stating that I do understand how things can happen with scheduling as I am in a service industry also offering them a 2nd chance to make it right, but that I didn't feel a $13 discount was adequate for the fact that they left me stranded and gave him the opportunity to propose something different. (Hey, the owner seemed like a nice guy, I was thinking maybe this was a one time occurrence.) Radio Silence again! I didn't hear anything back. It has been over two weeks. I did find a different cleaning service and had the first comprehensive cleaning completed and they did a wonderful job. But as for Angel Maids, huge thumbs down! In this day and age to many people hide behind emails to deal with unhappy customers, and that is what this company did. Forget trying to call them, they don't answer their phone. Don't be fooled by the high level of professionalism they project with online scheduling and their website, because when you need the service, you just might be stranded too!

"I'm happy with the service. I told the maids that they could skip two rooms but they went ahead & cleaned them anyway. Every square inch of my place has been cleaned. Customer service (Kelly) also did her best to make sure I was happy.

I had my 1st cleaning Saturday and am pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I own a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home & it took them 2.5 hours to clean. It looks very nice.

The ladies did a fantastic job, they cleaned everything I asked and removed stains that I hadn't been able to get rid of myself even after intense scrubbing. Thanks so much!

I signed up for Angel Maid services on angelmaids.org. I've had a good relationship with them so they asked if I'd review them on Care.com. So far, so good! I'm particular and they have been responsive to any request or critique I make of their cleaning. The reason why I decided to go with Angel Maids was because the pricing was easy to understand. There wasn't any waiting around for an estimate... everything was up front and honest.

Angel Maids is a good service. We had them clean our house before my son's birthday party this year. I only gave them a few hours notice but they came. The only problem was that they missed dusting some of the tables. I emailed them about it and they came back within a half hour to fix it.

2 bedroom home with 1.5 baths. Angel Maids is the only cleaning company I've used that actually arrived on time. My house wasn't too messy to start but they did a very nice job. They had their own cleaning supplies but I asked them to use what I had and they complied. My GF and I were both impressed"
