Philia took care of my dad who had dementia. The caregivers were so good with him. They were kind and clearly cared about him. My dad who started to become suspicious of people always trusted his caregivers. We had a fairly constant team of them that worked with him over the years. Jackie and her team always kept in good contact with me. I knew my dad was in good hands. I highly recommend this company.

This company is the most useless, unprofessional, disgrace of an establishment that I've ever encountered.
Clients- If you are a client looking for services please look else where. You will not be treated with the best service. You want to make sure the nurses providing care are well trained , experienced competent to perform their duties. The caregivers are not trained by a professional RN but rather by the owner who has a experience in IT and no clinical background whatsoever. Majority of their caregivers are unprofessional and lack basic customer service. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Office Staff- Any person in their right mind will not like this environment. I promise you you will never meet any "management" ( which is just one person) with more bi-polar behaviors , unprofessional-ism and aggressive MICRO-MANAGING than this place. You will get hired and then shortly time after get told the company can no longer "afford" to keep you which is true because the company is doing poorly with revenue/profit. I urge you although you may want a job, you will regret working here. Think smarter, do more research and ask questions. DO NOT DO IT!
