Words alone can not describe how CaringGivers has changed the lives of both me and my mother. My mom has Alzheimer's and I am solely responsible for her care. I am a freelancer so my schedule varies. I tried several other agencies to help me care for my mom but they complained about my schedule, sent irresponsible/disinterested people, and generally made me worry about my mom constantly when I couldn't be with her. But Dee at CaringGivers was up for the challenge. He not only put together an amazing team of caregivers he specifically chose for my mom, he has been there with me every step of the way on this difficult journey. He has been through it himself so he knows what it's like to be in my shoes. And he clearly cares about his clients well being first and foremost. My mom is the most important person/purpose in my life. If it wasn't for Dee and his staff, I would have had to give up working all together. CaringGivers allows me to continue to live my own life at the same time since I know my mom will be safe, happy and loved while I am away.

I cannot say enough great things about Caring Givers. My aunt was diagnosed with Terminal cancer a year and a half ago. Living in another city and trying to handle her situation remotely seemed impossible. From the moment I contacted Caring Givers I felt like everything was completely under control. My aunt was doing very well until last December and Dee called me and told me that I needed to come and be with her and that she needed full time care and hospice. I am forever grateful. He setup full time care for her in her last month and not only were they taking care of her but they also took care of me as watching someone so close to me go through the dying process was painfully hard. Dee stopped by daily with anything we needed and even brought me dinner. Pam passed away peacefully in January and Dee and Nakita still check in on me almost daily to see how I am doing. Caring Givers is not only incredibly competent at providing top level care but are also emotionally supportive and the most giving people I have ever met...I love these people so much.

Dee and Nakita took care of my MIL for the last 3 years of her life. They allowed my stubborn FIL to keep her at home, while we were living in a different state. They provided much needed social interactions for my in-laws and alerted us when she had acute events. They did housework, errands, took her to doctors appointments, and ensured that the doctors called us during or after appointments. They also visited her every time she was hospitalized. They were professional, caring, and handled my FIL's temper with grace. The rate was very reasonable, with a small increase during the 3 year period. Would definitely use them again when the need arises.

I can't rave enough about CaringGivers. I wish we could give 1000 stars! Dee and his employee have been a Godsend to my family.
I had been through 2 agencies searching for assistance for my 83 year mom. Mom is special to me and dad so I am very protective and picky. Dad is worse. We did not have good experiences with the agencies or their staff. I had just about given up when some suggested I create a profile and immediately started receiving contacts. CaringGivers came up and I immediately went to the reviews. They were great but I was skeptical because they can be subjective. I finally decided to call and it was the BEST decision ever. Dee was very professional and in tune with my needs. I got straight to the point, told him what we needed, what our expectations were and what his employee would be dealing with. He listened, answered all my questions and was very empathetic. Bases off of out talk he said he had the perfect person. We set up a consult. Dee along with his employee were punctual and very easy to talk to. Dad loved them! Our caregiver has been with us for over 2 months. She is an absolute dream. She treats my mom like her own. She is very caring and compassionate with both parents. She goes above and beyond. I am very satisfied. She comes on time and works hard. Dee did a great job matching her with us. Please don't hesitate to use CaringGivers. I am so happy and less stressed because of them. They really do personify their company!

I am so pleased with the level of care received by Mr. Demetrius Jones and his staff. Once I contacted him, I received an immediate response. I was impressed with the level of professionalism. CaringGivers provides respite care for my 88 year old dad. They immediately established rapport with him and were able to provide individualized care. I appreciated their help and was able to spend a few days away knowing that my Dad was well taken care of. I recommend CaringGivers highly.

CaringGivers provided exceptional service for my stepdad diagnosed with stage IV small cell lung cancer. He looked forward to Doreen's visit and she brought a smile to his face. Most importantly Doreen demonstrated compassion, patience, and love when she fed him, helped him with his bath and getting dressed. Additionally, she was a lifesaver in helping me juggle my work life and care for my stepdad. I highly recommend CaringGivers and would definitely use them again, they were a blessing to me and my family.

My Dad lost both legs and he has high blood pressure and heart problems, I work 8-10hrs days aND trying to care for him after work was hard on me. Before he came back home I was told about Care Givers, they came in and became part of the family and not just the staff but the owner would call me and go check on my Dad. They came in took cared for him above and beyond anything I could hope for, they can be trusted with your love one

I just read the reviews below and I couldn't say it better. My mom at 89 does not want help. She wants service and Dee, Deanna and their caregivers put the S in service. The personal attention is unprecedented! Mom is more like family than as a client. She is happy and we are happy.

We were referred to Dee and Deanna by a friend and its the best referral we've ever had. They have changed the quality of our lives. Being a home caregiver is challenging, confining,,,a 24/7 job that is often thankless. CaringGivers has enabled us to have the time we need to take care of OUR lives. The best part is that Mom is happy! They make her feel special and she basks in the attention.

My father was diagnosed with Alzhiemer's and dementia in 2010. Five years prior, a quadruple by-pass surgery left him very weak. Dee was our family's angel! He helped us set up dad's room at home. Brought dad to medical appointments, made meals, offered dad company and and kept us all informed of dad's condition all along the way. As nurses came and went, Dee would wait with Dad and at times held his hand for comfort. Although dad lost his battle with Alzhiemer's two years ago, to this day, our family attributes dad's comfort and extra days to Dee's amazing talents and support! Thanks, Dee! You were amazing!

I remember the first time I met Demetrius at the Isaiah House. He entered his dad's room with a big smile and a " hi, daddy." The room lit up at that moment and so did his fathers face. Over the months that turned into years it was apparent that this labor of love between a father and a son would eventually transcend from Dee's personal life to his professional life. Since his fathers passing Dee has been a support and advocate to many elderly adults expecting the same quality care he insisted upon for his own father never forgetting what it means to the families who love them.
