We’re looking for someone to help out with our 2 children part time as I begin part-time work from our home in Pinehaven, Upper Hutt. On Mondays this would be solely caring for E , our 8 month old and picking up G from preschool at 3.30pm. On Thursdays both children would be home all day (this is generally a slow rest day for our toddler). Initially I’d like someone who is able to stay in our home so I can continue breastfeeding baby and contact napping while working if necessary (once E has developed an attachment with you I’d feel happy for the boys to go on outings or could attend our local play centre which they are enrolled in). Hours could be 6-8 per day, finishing at 5pm . We are a family who value play and connection so your role will be more around engaging with our kids and supporting their interests.
