I teach the Zentangle Method of Mindful Art. This is activity based form of Mindfulness. It has proven benefits such and reducing anxiety. Improving sleep. Aid focus and concentration. Builds confidence. It ix a wonderful way to manage stress and anxiety. No artistic ability is required however you will walk away with art you can be proud of. I also hold a Fetac Child Care Certificate from Carysfort Colkege in Blackrock, Co Dublin. I'm also a big animal lover. I have lots of pets myself. I have experience with horses, dogs, cats, hens and fresh water fish.
