I am a qualified Social Care worker with nine years experience.I have worked in challenging behaviour units for both adults and children.I am currently employed in a residential care unit in Co.Limerick.The nature of my experience includes successfully managing a demanding caseload in a challenging environment.My experience includes working with elderly people,young children/people who have learning disabilities /mental health issues.I am well equipped to support the needs of individuals with autism and other sensory processing disorders.I have a person-centred approach to my work, which involves calmly and practically responding to service users to achieve the best outcomes. I am also experienced in coordinating care with other agencies, such as primary care practices and psychological services.
