I am Spanish but I am living in Cork since October in order to improve my level of English. Aside from speaking English (b2 level), I also speak Italian and Spanish, of course. Talking about my career, I've studied History and then I've studied a masters degree to become a teacher. So, nowadays, I am studying to take a competitive exam for being a civil servant. I have worked as a tutor in the evenings for the last 3 years on my own and found it a very rewarding experience. I am used to teaching maths, sciences, social sciences, languages... In my current job as a tutor, I've particularly enjoyed developing some kind of strategies to motivate the children and the teenagers. My social and friendly nature means I have a knack of connecting with children and youngsters from diverse backgrounds. Child safety is always at the forefront of my mind and I am cool-headed in stressful situations. And also, I have some experience taking care of children.
