. Iv worked in childcare for 10 years I worked myself up to a manager and I'm sad to step away from this but I'd love to be around to bring up my youngest daughter. I feel childminding would suit me greatly as it's keeping me in the field that I love. I love helping with children's developmentmental needs and seeing them grow and learn. I love art and messy activities which is ok in my home always. All my children in my creche which iv just left for maternity leave I showed them all love and care just like my own. My eldest daughter would hear me saying oh my kids in work did this today and she laughed that I called them mine too... I would like to give a child or children a home from home feel and care for them till parents are off work and can feel like they have left their child in good hands. I'm a mother to a very clever 17 year old a step mam to a funny caring 14 year old who has additional needs so I'm good with any children who has any special needs. I'm understanding of it all and how they need extra care sometimes. And my youngest daughter is now just 5 months
