Leah was raised in Vancouver, BC, but moved to Vancouver Island where she is currently completing her undergraduate degree in Geography and Environmental Studies at UVIC. Her previous job experiences have allowed her to work with children and youth of all abilities in providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Specifically, Leah has worked with children in groups settings, as a leader at an out of school care program and as an environmental educator. She has also provided one on one support to children and youth with disabilities and/or mental health barriers. She is passionate about providing an environment to allow children and youth to grow and succeed.
