I have a degree in Child and Youth Studies as well as an extension diploma of Children's Mental Health from Mount Royal University (Calgary, AB.) I have experience working with children with special needs (mental and physical) in group homes. I have also had experience working with children who have food allergies.
I previously lived in Breslau, ON and ran a successful home daycare for five years before moving into Kitchener. I believe in: having a caring environment, learning through play, healthy meals, routine weeks, and exposure to community settings (libraries, early years centres, learning programs etc.)
