Lindy Pre-school Teacher.
| Hi there my name is Lindy, I love children and I am extremely passionate about childcare! I have lots of experience teaching in a classroom and also working in someone's home. I love being a help and doing whatever I can to make sure the children are happy, learning/engaged and having fun! I love incorporating nature, being active and creating healthy social interactions between them! Promoting self control -via channelling strong emotions while having a kind, gentle attitude and in turn creating activities that would spark interest in them! Please let me know if your interested I would love to meet ! I am Montessori trained and a yoga teacher :)
Lindy is kind and caring and engages children in activities they enjoy. My children liked having her as a babysitter and were always happy to see her. However, Lindy needs to work on time management, as she had a tendency to be late to work, until reminded to come earlier. She also needed reminding of my children's school schedules and my toddler's naptime schedule. Lindy also showed some absentmindedness in caring for my toddler -- mainly by not following the routine he was used to. We're grateful to Lindy for accepting our temporary job offer, as she did help us out when we were very much in need."

I am offering babysitting services, and short-term nanny services. I can offer references.
| I have many years of experience in childcare, both casually and professionally. I have worked as a live in nanny, and am comfortable with overnight supervision. I am an energetic and inspired person, and I find myself happiest when I can interact with kids. I am hoping to someday work fulltime as an educator or caregiver- as long as I have the opportunity to promote growth, creativity, and healthy development in kids, I am happy! I am trained as a children's swimming instructor, have my OFA level 3 first aid training, studied mental health care, have a certificate in Nature Based therapeutic techniques and work as a youth mental health support worker in Victoria. I am comfortable with children aged 1+ but am open to younger, with appropriate support and advice from parents. I enjoy cooking and have a lot of experience preparing healthy food that kids will love; I play music and am open to teaching/ exploring music with children; I speak Spanish and am open to teaching/ reading in Spanish; I have experience working in children's art projects and love exploring creative play with kids. I have my drivers license, and currently have a vehicle.
Sydney is amazing! A genuine, creative and playful carer whom all of my children adore. She is an open, straightforward communicator who supports your family in many ways. She loves to take the kids outside to move and play. My kids come back happy AND tired! She manages dietary differences with ease and I am confident in her ability to care for my children warmly and responsibly."
