| I have always loved children and always babysat while growing up. I lived in a small town where I babysat for many different families. When I graduated, I went on to become a vet technician. I worked at a vet hospital for a couple of years when my husband got a job transfer to Halifax. I then went back to doing childcare and became a nanny for 4 wonderful children ages newborn - 5 years. When my first child was born we moved back to Ontario and moved back to Ontario as I wanted to be around my family. We now have two boys. I love being a stay at home mom but I miss having a lot of children around. I currently have a home daycare with two spots open. I have many excellent references, First Aid, and CPR. I also completed a criminal background check and child abuse check for my previous employer and would have no problem doing so again if needed. My rate is $35 dollars a day. I also am available for before and after school care which is $15 for before or $15 for after or $25 for both. Please message me with any other questions.

I have a PSW certificate and current work experience with adults with Autism, Down's Syndrome and physical disabilities. I provide good supervision, nutritious meals and snacks and always bring a tote bag full of craft supplies. I consider myself a patient, nurturing person and have the flexibility to play one-on-one with a toddler or bring order to a busy, chaotic household. If time allows, I make sure the dishes are done.
