I have a 10 year old daughter with cerebral palsy. Controlled epilepsy.
I have a shared custody. So my needs are one week from Monday to Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 and the following Friday from 3:00 to 6:00.
What you need to do:
You need to bring her in the house by the garage and up some stairs. Put her on potty and give her something to drink. I usually give her 30 to 45 minutes of stretch time. Meaning in from of TV. After it is dinner. Have to go up stairs "3 of them" to get to the kitchen.
Feed her and do some games or studies until I get home.
Occasionally I would ask for an overnight if we go on a trip and don't get back when she gets here on the Friday. Some ped days full day babysitting is required if you are available. . I do know ahead of time.
Will need references and will also do a criminal check.
