Looking for a Care Worker for a young female adult with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, epilepsy and some mental health challenges. Care Worker is needed two afternoons/week: Monday and Thursday 1-5pm. Candidate must have First Aid Certificate and be willing to undergo a criminal record check with PSSG. Candidate with a driver's licence, vehicle and clean driver's abstract would be preferable. Job would entail: -Engage in conversation and provide companionship to Client, through activities, such as games, crafts, cooking, baking, walks, and community outings - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed -Provide appropriate care and contact of emergency medical personel in the event of a seizure - Prepare meals as needed - Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment

Hello, I am looking for a full time sitter/nanny for our 3 year old autistic son starting immediately until September. We had to move daycares due to concerns within his current center. We have secured a spot in another daycare effective September 2022 however we need to find care in the mean time. We live in the Port Coquitlam area. I need a good teacher for my kid, teaching and make him like a normal kid.

This person will be able to drive and support my son out in the community in recreational type activities. Activities may include things like swimming, trips to the zoo and aquarium, walks, movies, go carting, trampoline centres, etc. I’m looking for an upbeat, encouraging active person. They must be positive, patient and experience would be helpful.

We are two working parents and require help with preparing breakfast, dressing and transporting our son to and from daycare, prepping dinner as well as transportation to and from scheduled therapy appointments 2-3x through-out the week. Applicant must be flexible.

My brother has zero mobility. Will need help going to the bathroom, bathed, getting dresses and fed. At this point seems reasonable to start 4 hours in the morning/afternoon, then another 4 hours in the evening. Also dealing with pain, so will need help with exercising joints and muscles, and taking medication.
