Overnight awake support is required to keep the teen safe while the parents and 12 year old sibling sleep. Daytime weekend shifts are available to help supervise and to interact with the teen. Responsibilities: - supervision of teen to ensure his safety - supervision of home to ensure teen does not leave house (nights) - staying awake (nights) - accompanying teen and at least one parent on outdoor walks and short shopping trips (daytime) - participating with family playing card and board games (daytime) - hanging out with teen and playing video games (daytime) - assist parents during periods of dysregulation (daytime mostly) References required First Aid required 3 month contract with MCFD (held by parent) with good possibility of extension. WorkSafe BC coverage in place.
