Hello, I am looking for a responsible eldercare provider for my elderly father . You should be reliable and have a few years of experience. Please be willing to do services such as Domestic work, Personal care (bathing, grooming) and Transportation. CPP+EI and 4% vacation pay on top of your hourly salary. Our little family is full of personality and is pet friendly. First off, everyone loves cooking, puzzles, and building things. Our Elder is funny with a unique laugh and sense of humor and loves to banter about politics, the economy and show off his no longer used cooking and recipe skills. He uses a walker and is capable of discussing his care needs, but not so much with directing it. He needs support with things like cooking, walking outdoors, personal care, and supported play with his grandson. He does take medications and has some medical needs. You will work closely with his daughter and a team of care aides who support his ongoing care. Shift is 9:30-12:30 daily, with an option of Thursday, which can be extra 3 hours with a 7AM start if you have a drivers license and vehicle. I'm very excited to find the right match.
