Housekeeping Jobs in Port Moody

I am looking for someone with experience and who likes to take pride in their work. I still clean a lot too but can't do as much as I use too due to arm pains and aging I will pay $20/hr. I supply all cleaners & tools. 1 x week for 6 hours, for long term. I need someone who will do great detailing job. If you're interested contact me and come by for coffee and I can show you all the cleaning I like done, room by room. My hubby and I are both smokers, we have 1 cat. Plus we sometime babysit a golden retriever. During the week, I need 6 hours a week, I am confined to a wheelchair (car accident, paraplegic) so I am unable to make my beds etc. I am very clean and picky!! As my family says I am, but I like a clean house and if I am paying someone to do a job I expect a good job, so I am classed "very picky", if a cleaner forgets something I will remind you or show you what is wrong, I am very easy to talk to, I talk too much:) I have all the cleaning products and items, rags, brushes, vacuum etc 3 bedroom, Rancher home with a basement, 2 full bathrooms up stairs 1 full bathroom downstairs and a queen size bed that needs changing weekly Apparently I snore so hubby sleeps downstairs. I want everything done from washing floors with a cloth mop preferable; to dusting everything, you touch it, then wipe it; changing and washing/folding bed sheets and making beds. Upstairs there is a queen size bed. 2rd bed, queen size downstairs, weekly changing. Kitchen: counter tops, microwave, inside out; Stove top & front & hood fan; wiping fridge outside and dishwasher, stainless steal. Bathrooms: bath tubs, sinks, toilets, 1 shower, sliding glass doors, mirrors, remove soap build ups, wipe down tiles Floors: sweep, wash floors by hand with cloth/sponge preferable (3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen); vacuum whole house, rugs. Remove cob webs, wipe down window sills/ledges/baseboards/frames when needed, dusting all wood furniture. I may have special cleaning projects, like 1 chandelier, helping me do something etc. Would be good if you can stay extra hour when I have special cleaning projects. We need a responsible, punctual and organized housekeeper with experience who can help our busy household. I'm looking for someone that can help my home feel more organized, and tidy up around the house. I am very flexible with time. It could be 1 hour a day, 3-4 times a week, or 1 or 2 a week for 2-4 hours. It can be day or evening, weekdays or weekends. Main tasks would be general houseswork, from cleaning up the kitchen, doing a load of laundry, and gentle tidying up with the goal of getting my home more organized/decluttered. I will most often be working alongside, which will make for a nice experience. I'm a single mom and am having a hard time working full-time and keeping the house clean on my own. Just need an extra pair of hands to help make my home a little nicer and a little less overwhelming!
