Young family (2 kids, aged 3 and 5) looking for support with household activities (cleaning and cooking). We both work 50+ hour weeks and need help running the daily activities of the house! We have a large dog (chocolate lab) who is very friendly. 3-4 hours a day, 3-4 days per week (consistent 10-12 hours). Main support needed is: Laundry - Washing / folding, weekly changing sheets, putting away kids clothing Dishes - Loading/unloading the dishwasher (handwash where necessary) Meal help - Meal prep, packing kids lunches, cooking dinner with recipe General tidying up - putting away clutter/kids toys, making beds Other - Taking out the trash, watering plants, fridge /drawer clean out, feeding pets / getting them fresh water / letting out Top competencies include - integrity - being on time, communicating about needs and expectations, doing what is expected - proactive - starts to understand what things are helpful for the family in advance, suggests activities that can make family life easier! - quality - does a great job, thorough and stands behind it - communication - communicates openly, shares what they need and is kind, open to feedback Flexible to set initial schedule for right candidate but looking for consistent schedule (morning / afternoons)

Wanted hard worker, detailed cleaner, 6 hrs 1 x week I am looking for someone with experience and who likes to take pride in their work, I still clean a lot too but can't do as much as I use too, due to arm pains and aging; I am confined to a wheelchair (paraplegic) I will pay $20/hr. 1 x week for 6 hours, for long term. I have all the cleaning supplies I would like used and tools. My hubby and I are both smokers, we have 1 young cat. I am very clean and picky!! as my family says I am, but I like a clean house and if I am paying someone to do a job I expect a good job, so I am classed "very picky", if a cleaner forgets something I will remind you or show you what is wrong, I am very easy to talk to, and friendly :) I have all the cleaning products and items, rags, brushes, vacuum etc 2 bedroom, upstairs; Rancher home with a basement, 2 full bathrooms up stairs 1 full bathroom downstairs and a queen size bed that also needs changing weekly in basement.. I want everything done from washing floors, hand wash/steamer and larger floors by mop; dusting everything, you touch it, then wipe it; We have wooden blinds which need to be dusted each week too; changing and washing/folding bed sheets and making beds. Upstairs there is a single bed , Totally 2 beds to change sheets and wash, fold sheets. Kitchen: counter tops, microwave, inside and out; Stove top & front & hood fan; wiping fridge outside and dishwasher, stainless steal. Bathrooms: bath tubs, sinks, toilets, 1 shower, mirrors, remove soap build ups, wipe down tiles Floors: sweep, wash floors by hand with cloth/sponge preferable (3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen); vacuum rugs. Remove cob webs, wipe down window sills/ledges/baseboards/frames when needed, dusting all wood furniture. I may have special cleaning projects, like 1 chandelier, helping me clean that or other things etc. It would be great if you are able to stay 1 or 2 hours for special projects, extra hours for projects I need help with, like washing all hallway lights, cleaning cupboards etc. Balcony sliding glass doors, in and outside cleaning each week.
