We are a European family with two children (almost 4 and 9) who are going to spend the summer in Ottawa. We would like to look for a joyful, fun person who speaks native English so that she can be with the children in the mornings and play with them so that they can learn English (their first languages are Basque and Spanish). We would also like that person to seek out and accompany children to children's activities and to interact with other children. We have a flexible calendar and schedule, so it will be up to you which three hours and which four days a week to be with our children. We are very excited to find the right match. We are looking for someone to care for our children - 2 and almost 4 years old - for the summer while off from Montessori school. We would like someone to take our kids on adventures - parks, walks in nature, swimming, playgroups, museums, crafts, library visits, etc. We are looking for support Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am - 3:30 or 4 pm. French speaking preferred but not required. Drivers license and vehicle required.

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic babysitter starting July 22nd, ending August 30th. Monday through Friday starting at 9 am, going until 3 pm. We have a great yard which includes a pool, sandbox, play area, etc. We also live close to parks, walking trail, community center, and waterfront. I'm happy to fund other programs, day trips, and other fun activities. Our son is an active five year who loves to ride bikes, swim, and go to the splash pad. No tablets in our house but we do allow some tv. We also have a small senior rescue pup that doesn’t see or hear well, no care required - just the occasional pat pat. The ideal candidate has their own transportation, must swim, and can ride a bike. We’re looking for someone he can have fun with over the six-week period. Someone who loves the outdoors and is generally energetic.

Daily hours required would be 7 am - 12 pm or 6:30 am - 11:30 am. Looking for a nanny that can help in weekday mornings with my 2 kids (ages 3.5 and 6.5), as well as with light housekeeping and meal prep. Morning help would include heloibg kids get up and get ready for school or summer camp, and breakfast prep. Housekeeping would include laundry, brooming/mopping when necessary. You would have holidays off as well as weekends. We have a variety of pets that would be in the house as well, so please be animal friendly! We have a six year old gsd mix named Yogi, two cats named Wanda and Carrie, as well as a tortoise and fish tank.
