I've spent most of my childhood looking after my cousins including twins, and my sister, and am very comfortable around children, even including teenagers with attitude. If you need someone to help around the house or with homework, or with putting the children to bed, I'm the one for you. My approach to working with children is not to try and control and break them, but instead treat them like equals. This creates a mutual respect between us, which then makes everything run smoothly and nicely.
