Hi, my name is Barbara, though many know me as Nanny Barbs.
Born & raised in Sydney with an Australian-Lebanese background, I moved to the GC 7 yrs ago for a career opportunity. Caring for children has always been my passion. In fact, I knew at just 9 yrs old that this was the career path I wanted to follow & 28 years later I still genuinely love what I do every day.
I am a Career Nanny, Household Manager, Babysitter, & former Early Childhood Educator with 28 yrs of hands on exp, caring for children from newborns (2 days old) through to 13 yrs. My specialty is caring for children under 3 yrs, though I also have experience with twins, triplets, children with allergies, reflux, colic, Laryngomalacia, asthma, croup and others
I hold a Diploma of Children’s Services, Childcare First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Blue Card and more.
One thing you’ll learn about me is that I don’t simply “watch” children
I genuinely invest in their growth, development, happiness & wellbeing. I love creating fun, educational experiences & helping children learn through play, exploration, and everyday adventures.
I am relocating to Upper Coomera and will service a 20km radius.
