I have been a room assistant, lead educator and working as a 2IC. - and I still love it. I am passionate in believing, that each child is unique and brings their own knowledge and experiences to any environment. Children should be given an environment that is open and free-flowing where children can be free to: express, learn and grow from. I resonate with the Reggio Emilia Approach, which to me extenuates the learning determined by the child interest. Although my love for childcare, does need to subside only because I am a studying nursing at University. So preferably hours that can still allow me to study as well.
