Hi my name is Tayla,
My Husband and I are looking to Relocate to Hobart in June. I have been working with families of all different needs for the past 4 years. From disability care to personal assistants and whole family support roles I seek to help support your family wherever possible. I have a psychology and child development background .
I value building an environment where the children feel a consistency when I am taking care of them that aligns with the values of the family. Building a structured environment that allows them to feel safe and also making space for them to be kids and fun. I would hope to assist in education where needed and provide all of the assistance needed to feel comfortable including preparing meals, doing homework and household chores organising etc. wherever needed. I would hope to be a seamless addition to your family and help to support in any areas needed.
I myself greatly enjoy sports and would enjoy kicking a ball around with the kids or just getting outside.

Looking after kids has always been a great joy for me. From my 14th, I became a reliable baby-sitter for many families in my neighbourhood. Over the years, I accumulated experience in many different settings : from the youngest babies to the biggest families. My experience with children is broader than simply baby-sitting : I organised holiday camps, scout camps, led birthday parties, taught English in primary schools, cared for autistic children in a specialised service, etc. Children's spontaneity and sense of discovery fascinate me. I like to offer them a solid, safe and positive space so they can feel comfortable expressing and growing into their full potential. Eventually, I intend to create quality time while being fully present for/with them.

I have baby sat for family and friends for many years, ages ranging from 6 months to age 15. I have a niece I have baby sat from the ages of 2 1/2 to 9 years old and continue to. I am comfortable with any ages and to provide care that caters for all aspects and needs. I am a nursing student however have quite a bit of spare time due to my study load and am able to provide care in flexible hours. I am confident with caring for babies ages from 3months upward and have had experience baby sitting for a friend which you'll find in my references.

A little bit of my story, when I was a child and a teenager I used to live with my fathers on a farm. We had cows, chickens, pigs, dogs, horses, and sheep. My little brother born when I was a teenager I looked after him when my parents went to markets and every day when I was with them.
Then I finished the university then I left my parents' house I lived in another city far away from my family because of my job for 3 years, then I got married and moved to Tasmania in November 2019 to study and work with my partner but he is studying and we could not study at the same for the reason I started to work and now I need to work because I have a baby on the way and I would like to have money for when the time arrives.
Please I need this opportunity to help people like if they were my family.
