| My name is Phoebe and I am a highly experienced nanny and teacher. I have worked with children of all ages as well as children with disabilities for over ten years now. Prior to teaching, I was a full-time nanny to multiple families, caring for children from their infancy through to teenagers. I am a qualified teacher with a dual degree from the University of Queensland and I currently work full-time as a high school drama teacher at a wonderful school in Cairns. I am available most evenings and weekends for casual babysitting as well as school holiday care. I am located in Cairns North but willing to travel. I have my own car and license as well as a blue card and first aid training (infant and CPR included which is updated annually). I am a registered carer and am a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers. I am very much an 'older sister' style nanny. I incorporate play, reading, dancing, singing, and cooking into my care. | Hi there! I have grown up with children of all ages my entire life. Although most of my experience is personal I believe I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills over the years. I have recently purchased a house in Mount Sheridan. I am also currently on the way to enrolling to complete my Diploma in Youth Work and start a career in residential care. I have obtained my blue card and have completed a course in first aid training. I have a P2 License and a car in great condition. school drop-offs and pick-ups are a no brainer and my availability is very flexible. I wanted to focus more on studying so at this point I have a lot of time on my hands to help out those in need.
