About
Book your next celebration at GIGIL! All parties include a full buyout of our facility. There will never be another event happening or public access during your reserved party time. Each party includes 15 minutes before and after your time slot for set-up and clean-up. All events include a staff member to assist you with set-up and clean-up. Should a party require a second staff member will include an additional fee.
Tables and seating for guests will be provided. All add-on services are subject to availability. It is recommended that you book these services at least 14 days in advance. If you are looking for an additional service that is not listed, please contact us to make arrangements. We're here to help you!
You may bring in your own food and drinks for your guests. We ask that all food and drinks stay in the party room and do not get taken out into the play area. Adults may bring water or coffee into the play area as long as it has a lid on it. We simply ask that everyone be mindful as to prevent spills. Should a spill occur it is the responsibility of the party host to contact our staff immediately so that we can clean it up.
Party host is responsible for bringing in any and all necessary supplies that have not been negotiated prior to the event. GIGIL is not responsible for any personal items brought onto the premises. It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure all personal belongings are removed promptly at the end of your party time slot.
Deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. This can be paid online, over the phone or in person. Please contact us at hello@gigilplay.com for any questions, concerns, or comments regarding your private party.
Memberships must be active at the time of the scheduled event. Members will receive a 5% discount that will be shown on the final payment bill.
