I went in to look around to see the place for my parents, and not one person asked me if I needed help. No one smiled, some of the staff was talking about personal issues in the hallway. A lady in the administration office was rude and didn't give me or my husband the time of day. After we gave our self a tour of the place we stopped and asked the women in the office marked administrator about rates and she said that she didn't have time to look right now and to call in the morning to talk to the business office. We thought that it was incredibly rude. Needless to say, we chose a different home to place my parents in Joplin mo. Neosho would have been a lot closer for us, but I do not feel Medicalodge would have taken care of them. The impression I got was not a good one. When I told my co-workers at the bank where I work about the experience, they said that it wasn't a surprise and they had heard similar stories. My question is, if they were that rude to me and my husband, how rude are they to the patients?
