i was on vacation and my wife had to leave due to a family emergency and selected the above stated to house our dog with them..the dog was kept outside in the cold during her two week stint there at temperatures ranging between 20-30 degrees. this was bad enough considering she is accustomed to being an indoor dog, but the make shift kennel in which she was kept was dirtied with dog fecies and rotten hay in which she had to sleep in. I did not discover this until i came to pick her up and was not allowed in the back to get her. she was presented to me with matted dirty and fecie matted fur. when i ask the lady that brought her to me what the heck happened she told me that she must have rolled around in it, after i got the dog in my car i looked over the boarded fence they have at the kennel in which my dog was being housed and the entire pen was covered in the stuff that had been there for quite some time..i am planning on calling the humane society as soon as i can find a good representative.
