No, I did not use them again. they actually tell me my mothers aids were certified home health aids then i find out they no certified because the aids told me. then one of the aid my mother tell me she keep talking to her about her religion but my mother no interested since we not her religion, we jewish. i don't know why that aid had to keep talking about her religion. We use another agency now, no problems.

Whitehouse Cares Home Care is a really good home health agency when you need a home health aide for your loved ones. They looked after my aunt who was very pleased.

I recommend Whitehouse Cares Home Care. I had a home health aide who is really good & pleasant. Be careful though because They can be on the expensive side - and they have different aides who get paid different rates - any other agency I've used only charges one rate. I did have one aide who was so good At first but then she changed and all she did was sit there and talk on her phone most of the time even when we ate meals together but then the agency sent me a new aide and I was happy with the new aide. If you are very clear about what you want, they will work with you. Give this agency a chance - you will be glad you did.

I can honestly tell you this is the best home health agency I have ever dealt with for my mom. The aides are kind, caring and trustworthy. If you live in Queens and you or a family member needs a home health aide, I highly recommend Whitehouse Cares.
