White Glove Community Care has a history of providing home care services since 1997. I have watched the horror that is the service this company provides to people I I know and love....and that care is inadequate on the best of days and usually nonexistent. Collecting money for services not performed is just the beginning. And we can move to even when it's an emergency, nope, no service. Watching a friend desperately beg for the supposed provided services so she can attend her own mother's funeral, well that can't happen if there's no nurse to take of the handicapped person that is supposed to be getting care provided. And claim of caring and professional is an outright lie. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this company!

My husband has been under their 'care' for 5 years now and each year it is getting worse. He has ALS and is vented and trached and is I am his back up not his primary. The lack of continuing care has impacted on his condition as well as mine 3 back to back s12 hour shifts is the average for me,however ther have been a few 5 back to shifts. Another question is how can you open a Fla. office when you can't fill your responsibitlites here. Not to mention the number of inadequate nurse.

Where do I begin, there are so many things to say so I will make this as clear as possible. It is really sad that In the current conditions of the world that this company has the audacity to operate the way it does. Patient care is not a joke it is not something to play with yet White Glove deems itself mediocre and inconsistent. The disorganization is quite clear wether it's the inadequacy or the sub par treatment of how they do the simple duties of what their jobs are, I can't possibly comprehend how they are still in business. Poor communication skills and inability to solve day to day issues is a liability and not ok. After speaking to some of its employees I don't know how they people were hired, I mean I couldn't get answers to an issue that they are responsible for. I won't go on even though the list is long but I hope this will help in making your decision clear. Do not I repeat do not for one moment think that your loved one will be ok under the care of White Glove, from bad employee practices to flat out stupidity this is NOT THE PLACE!!!!!!!!

So very disappointed the way White Glove is run. The staff has little to no knowledge of whats going on they love to just transfer you even if they dont know what you need, HIPPA laws are not in force and they are not reliable

I worked with WGCC for a little over a year as a RN private duty nurse and the latter part as a Case Manager. It's a great company to work for, staff is very supportive they try to facilitate your needs/desires. Salary was always on time and accurate. Most Coordinators will go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. CCM Jessica, Florence, Bernice, Patrice, Karen and Allision provided great support to me and to many Nurses as they would call in re a plethora of issues. Excellent clinical team. Coordinators such as Samantha, Rita, Rena, Sue, Rikki, Rella, Shiffy among others was an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better team of Co workers absolutely fantastic experience. They recognize and appreciate hard work and reward same. Great job White Glove may you continue to soar.
