We Care Companions provides non-medical companion care services to seniors, the elderly, those recovering from surgery, assistance to new and expectant Mothers, as well as others. Our experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers provide our clients with loving care and assistance to help make their lives easier while retaining their independence.

We Care Companions serves Duval, Clay, Flagler, Saint Johns, and Nassau Counties, enabling individuals to remain in the safety and comfort of their ownhomes while providing their families with the peace of mind that their loved ones are safe. Our services are designed for those clients that do not require hands-on assistance. Some of the services include, but are not limited to: transportation assistance with daily tasks, providing companionship and conversation, medication reminders, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, changing linens, assistance with laundry, and accompaniment to social visits, outings and trips. <br/><br/>We also offer these services for new parents so that they can focus all their attention on the new arrival, not on daily chores. Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We Care Companions also serve clients transitioning back home from an assisted living setting, hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation facility.
